Federal and state level legislation that would allegedly families pay for child care is being supported by OpenSky Police Institute.

In data gathered by the Institute, action by Congress to expand the federal Child Tax Credit would help an estimated 16 million kids in low-income families in its first year. By year two, the Center on Budget and Policy Priorities estimates that 500,000 children across the U.S. would be lifted out of poverty.
