LINCOLN, Neb. — It’s a blueprint that could shape Nebraska’s tax policy for years, Blueprint Nebraska has unveiled their latest plan to modernize Nebraska’s tax system, but some organizations and lawmakers feel their report doesn’t have the right priorities.
