OpenSky Policy Institute is urging lawmakers to ground the bill until they come back in January.
In a statement, Executive Director Renee Fry said, “The bottom line is the state’s fiscal situation is incredibly precarious given that we are in the midst of an economic and public health crisis. The timing of this expensive measure very concerning.”
