Each year, OpenSky hosts events to share data-driven insights from experts on issues important to building a stronger Nebraska.
The Nebraska Legislature is in the process of building out the biennium budget, a complicated, but critical process and a great opportunity for engagement by the Second House.
Co-hosted by Senator Myron Dorn, a long-time member of the Appropriations Commitee, and joined by Keisha Patent of the legislative fiscal office, our virtual panel will help you understand the process of building the budget, how the Appropriations Committee weighs a variety of factors to make their decisions and how Nebraska citizens can engage in the process.
Can’t make it? Don’t worry, this webinar will be recorded and posted on our website. However, we will save time for audience Q&A, so attending live is a great way to get your burning questions answered.
This webinar is free and open to the public, so feel free to invite a friend.
See you then!
