Department of Revenue officials will present at a joint hearing of the Legislature’s Appropriations and Revenue committees this morning to discuss reports on the state’s business incentive programs and tax expenditures.
The hearing starts at 9 a.m. in Room 1113 of the State Capitol.
Also at 9 a.m., the Department of Health and Human Services will brief the Legislature’s Health and Human Services (HHS) committee about Medicaid. Following that briefing, the committee will hold a hearing on LR 407, which is an interim study examining how Nebraska uses Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) funds.
The HHS Committee hearing and briefing will be held in Room 1510.
